Limited Spirits, LLC is the first state-of-the-art distillery in the greater Houston area. Designed by Ali Ansari in 2010 with the vision of crafting premium spirits entirely from scratch under one roof, it boasts high production capacity and top-tier equipment, including fermentation vats, a custom-designed hybrid copper pot still handcrafted in Scotland, advanced filtration and micro-oxygenation systems, high-capacity storage tanks, and a fully automated high-speed bottling and packaging line.
Over the last decade, Ansari has launched several spirits brands, including the award-winning DASH VODKA.
